Option to customize metric arrow color direction (e.g., green for decrease in CPC)

I want the ability to change the color of the change arrow for metrics where a decrease is a positive outcome, such as Cost Per Click (CPC). Currently, a decrease is always shown with a negative color (e.g., red), which is misleading when the metric is improving. It is important to be able to set the arrow color to green when a decrease is positive.
